Our Story
Building Homes,
Building Legacies
Behind every New Legacy home, there’s a team that cares about how it’s built.Behind every New Legacy home, there’s a team that cares about how it’s built.
We’re Bianeit Bautista and Fernando Cabrera, the husband-and-wife team behind New Legacy Homes. We work hand in hand with one shared purpose: to bring quality, care, and intention into every home we build.
We believe a house should be built with the people who will one day call it home in mind. That’s why every New Legacy home is thoughtfully planned and built with purpose—from the decisions made during construction to the details that shape the finished space.
Our experience has shaped the values behind New Legacy Homes: honesty, transparency, quality, and accountability. We stay involved throughout the building process because we believe the homes we build should reflect not only our work, but the trust people place in our name.
We don’t just build houses. We build with purpose, so you can make it home.
